When you are on face book trying to promote yourself you want talk about business and personal stuff. They want to know about you. I have not talk to many of these people in 20 years. they all know that I do real estate. A couple of months ago I was able to help a friend refinance her condo even though her dad was a Realtor. i will tell them what is going on in my business. Interest rates are really low. Do not worry about being perfect.

The face term is called punctuated business. You have stream of content that is about you and then every once and a while you talk about business. You don’t want it to look like a list of business activities. You want it to look like you have a life instead of looking like you are a computer. People will interact with you on a spontaneous level. Every time that you put something person it is an invitation for everyone in your networking to contact you.

Many of these people I don’t That they would take the time to interact. Do you think they would call me with any real estate related question or referral. Once you know that you just want to be who you are anyway.
